CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our newly branded children's program is here to help your child be a beacon of God's light! We are excited to grow a community of friendships, faith and fun! We know that faith is an ongoing journey and to be a Bay UMC Beacon highlights just that. During Sunday School, we watch age appropriate videos to help translate Bible stories, play games and make crafts.
YOUTH MINISTRIES
Building friendships and highlighting the value of loving hearts and helping hands are key ways our youth continue to grow in their faith. For our 7th and 8th graders, Confirmation offers a chance to respond to God's grace and commit to living as people of faith. Meanwhile, our high school students gather in small groups to explore faith and life together.
BIBLE STUDY
Our Adult Ministries offer a variety of opportunities to grow in faith, build community, and deepen your understanding of God's Word. We have Bible studies available at different times throughout the week to fit a range of schedules, along with engaging book studies that explore faith, life, and spiritual growth. Whether you're new to Bible study or have been part of a group for years, there’s a place for you. In addition to study, we also offer fellowship events where adults can connect, share life experiences, and support one another in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH
Bay United Women in Faith support the church’s mission by focusing on ministries that serve women and children both locally and globally. We are a diverse group of women who gather monthly in small groups called circles—and all women are warmly invited to join any circle.
Each circle typically includes 6 to 15 women and centers around a meaningful program. These programs may focus on mission work, book or Bible studies, women’s issues, or other areas of shared interest. Meetings often include a brief business update, devotional time, and light refreshments.
CHOIR
Our Chancel Choir is a 4–5 part mixed ensemble that leads worship with a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary songs from the Sunday after Labor Day through the first Sunday in June. The choir also presents special Christmas and Lenten cantatas, featuring chorus, soloists, and orchestra.
Anyone who loves to sing is welcome to join. In addition, our bell choir performs at various times throughout the year, adding a unique and beautiful dimension to worship.
