Youth Ministries

Our Youth

Our Youth Ministry offers a welcoming space designed especially for our teens, where students can connect, grow, and feel at home. When the High School Sunday Small Group gathers, conversations include both faith talk and life talk—exploring God’s presence in everyday experiences. Through building friendships and emphasizing loving hearts and helping hands, our youth are encouraged to deepen their faith and live it out in meaningful ways.

Sunday Breakfast

9:00 AM

Join Rev. Lisa for Sunday morning breakfast, where good food and thoughtful conversation set the tone for worship.

Special Gatherings

From pizza nights to LEGO building contests and mission work, our teens grow in faith while having fun together.

Appalachia Service Project

The Appalachia Service Project (ASP) is a life-changing service experience for youth, college students and adults. Each summer, BUMC sends a team of new and experienced volunteers to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families. And each summer our volunteers return transformed.

ASP is an opportunity led by Adult Volunteers with the assistance of BUMC Minister of Education for Children and Youth.
